Who we are

The website is operated by CAMARGO IT SOLUTIONS LTDA, using the public brand Camargo IT Solutions. We are based in São Paulo, SP, Brazil — working internationally.

Information you provide

The contact form may ask for your name, email address, optional company and role, a description of the process or system, optional timing or why-now context, and the form locale.

The form has no file upload, newsletter signup, consent for marketing, CRM, or application database.

How we use information

• To respond to a business inquiry.
• To assess whether we can help with the proposed problem or system.
• To discuss a potential engagement and related pre-contractual steps.
• When necessary, for security, abuse prevention, and operational problem-solving.
• When necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use inquiry information for newsletters, unsolicited marketing, advertising, audience profiling, lead enrichment, data brokerage, sale of personal information, or unrelated promotional campaigns.

How the contact form works

We validate submissions and use security and abuse-prevention controls. Valid inquiries are delivered through Resend to hello@camargoitsolutions.com, which is a Google Workspace alias for the business mailbox.

We use service providers to operate our website and communications. Vercel provides website hosting, server execution, and network and security infrastructure. Resend provides transactional delivery of website contact submissions. Google Workspace receives, stores, and handles the related business email communications.

Technical and security information

Contact-form contents are not intentionally written to application logs. Application logs contain only generic operational outcome categories. Hosting and security providers may process technical metadata needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, request metadata, browser or device information, approximate location derived from IP, and security or network telemetry.

The website uses HTTPS and security controls appropriate to its current architecture. The contact form is not a secure document-exchange channel.

Retention

We generally retain inquiries that do not become active engagements for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. We then delete information when it is no longer reasonably required. We may retain information longer where reasonably necessary for legal, contractual, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes. Service providers may maintain technical records according to their own applicable retention practices. If an inquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant business records may follow a separate contractual or legal retention lifecycle.

Analytics

We do not currently use website analytics. If limited analytics are enabled in the future, they will be used to understand aggregate page usage and improve the website. We do not intend to include contact-form contents, names, email addresses, company information, session replay, advertising pixels, or marketing trackers in analytics. We will review this notice and applicable privacy requirements before enabling analytics.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in Brazil, the United States, or other jurisdictions in which they operate, subject to applicable requirements and safeguards. We do not claim that information remains exclusively in Brazil.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights concerning confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, deletion, anonymization or blocking when applicable, and other rights provided by applicable law. Sensitive or confidential information

The contact form is an initial business-inquiry channel, not a secure document exchange. Do not submit confidential documents, credentials, passwords or secrets, sensitive personal information, proprietary datasets, regulated or restricted information, or anything else inappropriate for an initial inquiry.
